Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us for our bi-weekly commentary. I’m here with my partners, Tom Boh and Kelly Heppe.
First, what a ride Q2 has been! Despite significant global and domestic events, U.S. financial markets reached fresh all-time highs this quarter.
From fears of a global trade war and a budget standoff in Congress, to escalating conflict in the Middle East and U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, the market reaction has truly defied expectations.
On the fixed income side, the bond market had its strongest first half since 2020, with the 10-year Treasury yield falling 35 basis points.
With that, I’ll turn it over to Tom to discuss what’s ahead.

Looking forward, earnings estimates for the third and fourth quarters will continue to be revised. Strategas anticipates downward revisions, which is typical as the year progresses. As always, we’ll keep you informed as things develop.
